On Saturday, March 1, former Louisville High School standout Matti Benson’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I softball game

On Saturday, March 1, former Louisville High School standout Matti Benson’s current college team, the Maryland Terrapins, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Belmont Bruins.

The game took place at E.S. Rose Park. This was their sixth matchup against the Bruins this season.

The Terrapins’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 6 p.m. at Maryland Softball Stadium against Saint Joseph's Hawks.
