Thursday night, the Pioneer men took on the Tiffin Dragons in a late season conference match up.
After an even grudge match in the first half, Tiffin University was able to score two goals in the second half to beat Malone 2-0.

It was a defensive battle for most of the game, with neither team finding the back of the net despite a combined 11 shots in the first half.
The Dragons stepped up their offense and came out of halftime on fire. Their offensive attack was relentless, taking 17 shots throughout the half. Gavyn Ernst was able to save four of those shots.
Unfortunately, two of those shots found the back of the net, with the final score being 2-0 in favor of the Tiffin Dragons.
