Mount Union's baseball team had six players selected to the All-Ohio Athletic Conference teams
Senior Dwayne Sumler (Indianapolis, Ind. / Warren Central) was named to the first team. Sumler finished the season with a 3.67 ERA and recorded 81 strikeouts, which led the OAC, in 68.2 innings. He also finished with a 5-2 record and threw a career-high 14 strikeouts against Capital this season.
Senior Nate Duliba (Berea / Berea-Midpark) was named to the second team. Duliba led the team in batting average, hitting .387, with 11 doubles, one triple and 34 RBIs. He also recorded 12 stolen bases on the season.
Senior Thomas Gallant (Pataskala / Watkins Memorial) was also named to the second team. Gallant batted .342 in 76 at-bats, with three doubles, four home runs and 22 RBIs. He also made 13 starts on the mound, finishing with a 4.25 ERA and recorded 79 strikeouts, which was second in the OAC in 72 innings. Gallant also finished with a 7-3 record and led the team in wins and was second in the conference.
Senior Coleman Stauffer (Boardman) was the final Raider named to the second team. Stauffer batted .317 on the season with nine doubles and 23 RBIs, he also recorded seven stolen bases. He also caught 18 runners stealing on the season behind the plate.
Junior Zack Mazza (Flint, Mich. / Powers Catholic) was named honorable mention. Mazza batted .342 in 146 at-bats, with 13 doubles, two triples, nine home runs and 29 RBIs. He led the team in home runs and doubles and was fifth in the OAC for home runs, he also recorded 11 stolen bases on the season.
Senior Ryan Osman (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Moon) was the final Raider named to an All-OAC team, getting named honorable mention. Osman made 18 appearances and two starts on the mound this season and finished with a 3.48 ERA and 65 strikeouts in 62 innings. He also finished with a 3-1 record and recorded four saves which was the fourth most in the conference.
The Raiders finished the season 23-19 overall and 11-7 in OAC play and made it the semifinals in the OAC Tournament.
