The 2022 NCAA Division II Women's Golf East Regional continued at Shoal Creek Golf Course on Tuesday.
In the second day of competition, Malone University graduate student Christina Williams posted a round of 75 (+4). She currently sits tied for seventh place on the overall leaderboard with a two-day total of 148 (+6).
Williams began her round on the front nine, and turned in a score of 39 with three bogeys.
After bogeying hole ten, she came back with her lone birdie of the day at number thirteen. She gave one more stroke back on sixteen, but was able to par the final two holes to get into the clubhouse with a 75.
Williams is scheduled to go off in the final grouping tomorrow morning for the final round. Her tee time is set for 11:20 a.m. ET.
After tomorrow's final round, the top five teams along with the top two remaining individuals will move on to next week's NCAA Division II National Championship.
