Students Volunteer in Alliance Clean-Up Efforts

1

The Regula Center at Mount Union coordinated a Saturday morning of service for students on April 23.

Volunteers from Mount Union worked alongside the local Kiwanis and Key Clubs and community members with an interest in downtown. Volunteers worked with a city commission to do a clean-up on Main Street and assisted with spring clean-up at Memorial Park.

Mount Union students who participated focused their efforts on projects with Habitat for Humanity helping at both the ReStore and a home rehabilitation site during the morning.

The project mobilized nearly 20 students. Additional projects will take place on April 30. Learn more at mountunion.edu/community-service.
