As our COVID-19 test positivity rate continues to climb, we want to again share important documents to keep you informed.
In late November, the Stark County Health Department updated their COVID-19 Symptom Checklist.
Please use this checklist daily to review how you or a loved one is feeling.
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities has also shared Guidance: COVID-19 Standards of Care for Vulnerable Populations to help families and providers understand the rights of people with disabilities as they seek hospital care.
To assist families and caregivers, the Ohio Association of County Boards of DD created a Health Passport - Patient Summary for Person with Developmental Disability, to help summarize and present to health care workers a person's health history.
