Muskingum University issued the following announcement on Oct. 21.
In this video from our Reunion Weekend@Homecoming, Danyelle Gregory, Muskingum’s Director of Diversity, Access, & Inclusion, will facilitate a discussion on the topic of inclusion and the impact of the work being done at Muskingum University from various perspectives.
Dr. Laura Hilton will discuss the critical need to acknowledge the power of hearing the stories of different lived experiences on our campus and provide examples from her classes of critical learning and engagement with the historical past that demonstrate the richness and the importance of diverse voices and viewpoints.
Students are asked to reflect on the current Inclusive Excellence work being done at Muskingum University and how these experiences will impact their future education and career aspirations.
