Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities (Stark DD) issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
There is no change for the Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities status for in-person learning. Stark DD School programs do not have any active reported COVID-19 cases at this time. NOTE: If a particular class or facility has an overwhelming number of students or staff quarantined, learning may shift to all virtual, no matter the Stark County Alert Level.
As we outlined in our Stark DD Re-Start Plan, as long as Stark County remains in Alert Levels yellow, orange or red, we will maintain in-person learning in both of our educational programs. As we have indicated since this summer, families may always choose to switch to all virtual learning according to their comfort level. We appreciate all that our students, families and staff are doing during this time.
